Dylan and the whole staff were really accommodating and gave me one on one consultation for what I was seeking. everyone there was very friendly and made me feel important to them. It was really refreshing. In all honesty, the prices here are a bit steep. However, I purchased anyway to try out some different products. And i'm happy with my purchases.

New ownership. Been coming here for a very long time for pain med for family. So disappointed this trip. First thing the new owners did was jack up the prices. Employees don't have access to store room (shows lack of trust for long term Employees - very bad for moral in my opinion). We drove a long distance to give our business to Plant Galaxy. Will not be returning. On a very positive note...Dylan gave us GREAT and very patient service. He was able to satisfy us with a smile and alternatives to our regular purchase. This employee should be valued and appreciated. If he were not in the store we would have walked out without a purchase. But again - this place with new ownership and raised prices lost our business moving forward.

Victoria is absolutely amazing! Every time I come into the dispensary, she always greets everyone with the biggest smile and such positive energy. She’s super knowledgeable, patient, and really takes the time to answer questions and help find exactly what you need. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and loves what she does. Customer service like hers is hard to find these days. Thank you, Victoria, for always making the experience so welcoming and enjoyable!

10/10 experience! such a good vibe from the lobby, the security woman was the best! Sweet, kind, accommodating and just super great and chill! Excellent selection ! I love two brands that are hard to find let alone at the same stop ! They had it all…& the guy helping me was super cool and like let me know even if it’s something you don’t see. Definitely will be coming back! Great vibes, selection, and deals! (I wish I had gotten both of their names to personally shout them out. Such a good experience!)

I went in 2 days ago and Mr. Alex was ny first budtender that was patient with my indecisiveness, he was very thoughtful to my budget but most importantly he knew good quality bud! So I went in the very next day nervous I wouldn't get the same budtender and by surprise he was there again I was relaxed, and knew I was in good hands. Thank you Mr. Alex. I highly recommend this gentleman Alex!
